enemy confusion?? plz help me!?

Question by *chocolate*: enemy confusion?? plz help me!?
well theres this girl at school (niamh) and we’v been enemies since the first day at school. and a while back i was just walking around with my bffl (aoife) and all my other friends were playing this really fun game and when i asked could i play too then niamh looked at everyone else and then all everyone ignored me and aoife. im not sure about one of my friends…we grew up together and we’v always played together at break but she best friends with niamh but i think niamh is saying untrue things to her bout me…when i tried asking her she just said no and went silent. i try to ignore niamh but its really hard cuz she always comes up to me and aoife when we are in the middle of talking and tries to make me jealous like saying “remember friday that was hilarious!” and “I cant wait till my party” (when obviously im not invited to) and if i tell the teacher she wont do anything cuz niamh is the principals pet! (example: one time she was being REALLY mean to me and the day i told the teacher (the principal was our teacher at that time) niamh was going on holidays that day (also niamh started crying her eyes out!) and the teacher said “dont upset niamh shes going on holidays”)and if i try to get back at her i will get in BIG trouble!!! plz help!

That sounds like a really tough situation for you and I realise it is hard to ignore her, but you really must try to, otherwise she will keep on trying to wind you up. Don’t give her the satisfaction of seeing that she is getting to you, she wants to wind you up.

Stick with Aoife and have fun together, if the others won’t include you because of Naimh then they aren’t true friends. True friends would include you whatever any nasty person said about you.

You don’t need them and deserve to be treated with respect, I hope that you agree and will make new friends, good luck.
